To be completely transparent, we do need to share some important practical details about our boarding setup.

The boarding point at the pier does not currently have a wheelchair ramp or lift. To get on and off the boat, passengers need to manage a few steps (approximately 6 to 10 steps) along the gangway.

For wheelchair users, here is what this means in practice:

• The wheelchair itself will need to be folded and carried onto the boat.
• Depending on your individual mobility, you will very likely need the physical assistance of your accompanying travel companions to help guide you up or down the steps, and to carry the folded wheelchair.
• For safety and insurance reasons, our crew are unfortunately unable to physically lift or carry passengers. This support must come from someone within your own group.

If you feel that you or your companions are unable to manage these steps safely, we are genuinely sorry to say that we would not be able to accommodate you on this particular tour. Your safety and comfort are our absolute top priority, and we would never want to put you in a situation where you feel unsteady, rushed, or unsafe.
