  • ① Sai Kung Tin Hau Temple Complex (UNESCO) (10 minutes)

    Includes two temples, is a Grade II historical building and serves as a significant spiritual site for locals, particularly during the annual Tin Hau Festival. It was originally situated by the sea when Sai Kung was a small fishing village, and fishermen would visit to pray for good fortune.

  • ② St. Joseph's Chapel in Yim Tin Tsai (15 minutes)

    Built in 1890 and received the 2005 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation. This Roman-style chapel is a significant landmark in Yim Tin Tsai village, marking the religious transformation of the local Hakka community and is now a Grade II historic building.

  • ③ Yim Tin Tsai Heritage Exhibition Centre (15 minutes)

    Housed in the former Ching Po School, showcases over 2,000 years of history from the Eastern Han dynasty, featuring Hakka culture, traditional artifacts, and island heritage. It offers a rare glimpse into the lives of past villagers and their salt-making legacy

    This volcanic rock resembles the shape of Hong Kong’s famous pineapple bun. It’s a unique geological feature popular for photos and appreciating volcanic formations.
