Course Description

Starting from traditional Chinese pastry techniques, participants will make classic nostalgic pastries. You will learn how to prepare cookie-style flaky pastry, wrap pre-prepared fillings (as filling preparation requires time), shape with molds, and bake to achieve a crispy exterior and fragrant interior.

Notes

• Participants may take their finished products home; please bring your own food container and eco bag.
• Some ingredients and tools will be shared with other participants.
• Parent-child participation is welcome. Each adult may bring one child aged 6–12 to work together. The single-participant option is for ages 16 or above.
• Video recording is not allowed during the class. If found, Hang Heung Bakery Workshop reserves the right to request deletion or terminate the session.
• Absentees are considered to have forfeited the class; no rescheduling or refunds.
• Photos may be taken during class for records or promotional use.

FAQs about the Bakery Workshop

Minimum Class Requirements

• Minimum 6 participants required. If insufficient enrollment, participants will be notified by email 2 days in advance and may reschedule or request a refund.
• Except for the above case, no refunds or make-up classes once enrolled. Registration closes 2 days before the class.

Bad Weather Arrangement

• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the class will be canceled.
• If such signals are lowered to No. 3 or below or canceled at least 4 hours before class, the class will proceed as normal without further notice.
• In special situations, Hang Heung may adjust arrangements and reserves final decision rights.

General Terms and Conditions for Bakery Workshop
