Introduction: A Love Letter to Hong Kong's Hidden Wonders
Operating boat tours in Hong Kong is not easy. Honestly, it never has been.
Last summer – July and August – should have been peak season. Instead, more than half the days were hit by typhoons and heavy rain, forcing cancellations. What many don't realize is that Hong Kong gets more rainfall than any other city in China. The weather here changes in an instant, especially in summer when the wind and waves can turn without warning. Many times, the forecast looked calm the night before, only to wake up to a decision that broke our hearts: cancel or reschedule. Every time we hit "send" on a postponement notification, we felt the weight—worried about disrupting your holiday plans, and even more so, worried about letting down the people who made time to come see us.
But here's what we never expected: your kindness. With every reschedule, the replies we received were mostly: "No problem, safety comes first," or "See you when the weather clears." Some of you even went out of your way to comfort other group members. That trust means more to us than any storm we've weathered.
So, when we crossed 10,000 participants on the yacht edition and 10,000 on the speedboat edition —over 20,000 people choosing to explore Hong Kong's world wonders with us—that number stopped being just a figure. It became 20,000 gentle acts of trust. 20,000 times you said, "We believe in you."
Hong Kong's Seas Deserve to Be Seen
Hong Kong's Sai Kung is home to the world's largest hexagonal volcanic rock columns, formed by a supervolcano eruption 140 million years ago. These columns cover an area of over 100 square kilometres and reach heights of up to 100 metres. Those numbers might sound abstract, but when you step onto a boat and approach High Island's "Shore of Thousand Columns," or when you see Po Pin Chau's 63-metre-tall "Organ Cliff"—a giant screen made of hundreds of perfectly aligned hexagonal pillars standing alone in the sea—you'll understand what "awe-inspiring" truly means.
Our sea journey takes you deep into the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark to experience the breathtaking craftsmanship of the Four Sea Arches up close:
・ Wang Chau's Little Taiwan Cave – named for its resemblance to the island of Taiwan

・ Basalt Island's Guandao Cave – the largest of the Four Sea Arches in the East Seas, shaped like Guan Yu's legendary Green Dragon Crescent Blade

・ Bluff Island's Tunnel Cave – a 30-metre-long sea tunnel carved through volcanic rock

・ Jin Island's Bell Cave – with a wide entrance that we'll speed through when waves permit

For those on the 4-hour Yacht Edition, you'll also land on Sharp Island to see the famous "Pineapple Bun Rock" and the natural sandbar "Angel's Road" that appears only at low tide. You'll also visit Kau Sai Chau's Hung Shing Temple—a UNESCO award-winning heritage site—to experience traditional fishing village culture.
